Job summary

Purdue For Life Foundation is seeking a Student Worker to support alumni clubs programs and events. The role involves coordinating communications, managing event materials, and assisting with both virtual and in-person gatherings.

Responsibilities include inventory control, survey creation, Wrike and calendar management, and data/reporting tasks to support scholarships and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

  • Must be a current Purdue University student.
  • Available to work up to 15 hours per week.
  • Experience with event logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Alumni Clubs email inbox and route inquiries.
  • Organize swag and materials for alumni events and maintain inventory.
  • Provide support for virtual and in-person events (Zoom setup, registration, check-in).
  • Develop and track Qualtrics surveys for stakeholder feedback.
  • Create event/marketing materials (badges, signage, flyers, QR codes).
  • Create Wrike forms, maintain calendars and attendee reports.
  • Maintain event tracking spreadsheets and records.
  • Support scholarship program processes and data management.
  • Assist with communications for Alumni Clubs initiatives.
