Job summary

Becklar, LLC in Ogden, Utah is hiring a part-time CS Team Operator to quickly process alarm signals and coordinate with authorities during emergencies. You will document responses and learn new software to manage tasks in a busy, supportive environment.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and availability for Day/Early morning shifts, weekends, and training. Comprehensive benefits and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Available to work Day/Early morning shifts.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Must commit for 6 months and pass training.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Willing to work 1 weekend day per week or every other weekend and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally.
• Dispatch authorities to subscribers' locations in emergencies and notify responsible parties.
• Assist alarm company partners with alarm system tests to ensure functionality.
• Accurately document all alarm responses in the computer system.
• Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks and participate in ongoing training.
