Job summary

Unifi is seeking part-time airport customer service agents in Honolulu to assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding, and baggage services. Training is provided; no experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system (boarding, baggage service, reservations).
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work safely and in line with company standards; report safety incidents and hazards.
