Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a passenger services agent at Honolulu International Airport. Responsibilities include assisting passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage services, and queries, with commitment to safety and service quality.

No prior experience required; paid training is provided. Full-time positions start at 30 hours per week, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome during arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding, baggage, reservations and related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all airport areas.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies; complete work safely and securely.
• Report safety incidents and hazards promptly per company policy.
