Tailwind Concessions LLC is seeking a friendly Part-Time Host for our new Frank's Chicken and Waffles location at the ABQ Airport. As the first contact for guests, you will greet and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and keep the front-of-house welcoming and organized.

In this fast-paced setting, you will answer inquiries, coordinate with servers and kitchen staff, and help ensure a smooth dining flow. Hospitality experience and a professional demeanor are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle guest concerns with tact and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts to ensure efficient guest flow.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus or information as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area.
• Answer phone calls and take reservations; provide menu or restaurant information.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to support smooth service operations.
