Job summary

Tailwind Concessions LLC is seeking a friendly Host for our new Frank's Chicken and Waffles location at the ABQ Airport. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests, managing reservations, and guiding guests to tables while keeping the front-of-house inviting and organized.

Responsibilities include answering calls, handling reservations and waitlists, and coordinating with servers to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle guest concerns with tact and professionalism.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Host to join the Tailwind team at our new Frank's Chicken and Waffles location in the ABQ Airport! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for the Tailwind experience by providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth flow within the dining area. As a Host, you will greet and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, answer guest inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment. Your ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and stay calm in a fast-paced setting will be essential in this role.
