Akima in Honolulu is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) for a part-time position. The AMT will perform maintenance on transport-category aircraft, complete inspections, troubleshoot systems, and document work with accuracy under safety procedures.

Applicants must hold a valid FAA Aircraft Maintenance Technician license (Airframe & Powerplant) and be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Valid FAA Aircraft Maintenance Technician license with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
• Must be able to read/write/speak English fluently.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.

Responsabilités

• Performs aircraft maintenance transit inspections and fault resolution.
• Operates power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish assignments.
• Completes maintenance records accurately and timely.
