Pegasus Aviation Services, an Akima company, is hiring part-time Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to support operations in Anchorage, AK. The role requires a valid FAA A&P license and the ability to perform inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance on transport-category aircraft.

You will work with safety and quality standards, document maintenance actions, and coordinate with the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• FAA Aircraft Maintenance Technician license (Airframe and/or Power Plant) required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• U.S. citizen or valid work authorization.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and varying shifts.
• Able to work in inclement weather.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform aircraft maintenance transit inspections and fault resolution.
• Accomplish aircraft system testing and troubleshooting procedures.
• Remove and replace defective parts with final operational checks.
• Operate power tools and related equipment for tasks.
• Complete maintenance records accurately and timely.
• Interpret technical manuals, drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Operate ground handling equipment as needed.
• Follow safety programs and company policies.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
