Heartland Co-Op is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to support store operations in Region 7, Colo-041, IA. You will handle customer interactions, bill and process payments, manage inventory and assist the location manager with records and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, dependability and attention to detail. CDL or grain software knowledge may be beneficial. Multiple duties and a fast-paced environment await.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via email, in person, phone and live chat.
• Bill products, receive payments, run scale, track inventory.
• Resolve customer concerns and assist the location manager.
• Maintain grain, petroleum, feed and agronomy records.
• Accept and record prepayments and bookings.
• Price and process payments for commodities delivered.
• Reconcile cash at end of day and prepare deposits.
• Develop product knowledge and maintain accuracy.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and insurability.
