Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Pike County Area Agency on Aging seeks an Aging Case Aide 1 to support seniors with assessments, referrals, and access to community resources. This part-time role focuses on phone support, data entry, NAT-E assessments, and care planning documentation.

Work hours are 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with no telework option. PA residency is preferred. Salary is $15.00 per hour and a background check and drug screening may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of public contact work, which involved obtaining or providing information.

Responsibilities

• Phone Support: Answer agency calls and relay messages clearly
• Data Entry: Record information and referrals into the SAMS database
• Assessment Work: Complete NAT-E assessments for seniors receiving home delivered meals
• Information Sharing: Provide updates to the Director and communicate observations to supervisors
• Documentation Tasks: Enter referrals, assessments, and care planning details into databases
• Clerical Duties: Perform typing, copying, faxing, and other basic office tasks
