Job summary

Pike County Area Agency on Aging is seeking an Aging Case Aide 1 to support seniors with assessments, referrals, and access to community resources. You will perform phone support, data entry, NAT‑E assessments, and care planning documentation in a fast‑paced office environment.

This part‑time role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to collaborate with the Director and supervisors. Residency in PA is preferred; telework is not available.

Qualifications

• One year of public contact work or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• :
• Phone support and relay messages
• Data entry into SAMS database
• Complete NAT‑E assessments for seniors receiving home delivered meals
• Provide updates to Director and communicate observations to supervisors
• Enter referrals, assessments, and care planning details into databases
• Perform typing, copying, faxing, and other basic office tasks
