Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will encourage skill-building, assist with daily activities, and help clients engage with the community to reach personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and a focus on creating a caring, supportive environment forRecipients and families.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes and provide supportive care
