Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio in Elyria, OH is hiring Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) for after-school programming at the Westwood Club. Part-time, typically 2 pm–6 pm, about 20 hours weekly. Starting pay is $17 per hour with paid holidays and PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

YDPs plan and implement activities, encourage participation, and serve as role models in a supervised, safe environment for local youth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma

Responsibilities
