Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring a Youth Development Professional (YDP) at the Elyria South Club in Elyria. This part-time role runs Monday–Friday, typically 2:00 pm–6:00 pm, about 20 hours per week, offering meaningful after-school programming for local youth.

Starting pay is $17 per hour. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma, and be willing to undergo a background check and drug test. Paid training and opportunities for advancement are provided.

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Background check and drug test required.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma.
