Job summary

Dream Care Learning Center in Lexington, KY is seeking an After‑School Instructor who loves working with children and can help them stay engaged after school. The role requires organization, reliability, and a willingness to develop with our growing team.

You will transport children from school, assist with activities, and support a safe, friendly learning environment from 2pm to 6pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have CPR certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Background check and TB skin test required prior to start date.
• Must be able to transport children from school to facility.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to care for children.
• Transport children from school to the facility.
• Collaborate with Hoop Dreams instructors to implement activities.
• Complete annual training on child care and development topics.
• Implement organized curriculum with fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Maintain a clean and well‑mannered classroom environment.
• Participate in physical activities and games with children.
