Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to care for each child.
• Operate as Lead or Assistant Teacher as needed by attendance.
• Observe, assess, and plan for toddler/preschool development and communicate with families.
• Complete annual training on current childcare topics.
• Support the other teacher and maintain required child-to-staff ratios.
• Assist with curriculum implementation and create fun, interactive learning activities.
