Dream Care Learning Centre Llc in Lexington, KY is seeking an After-School Instructor to support children with engaging activities, transportation from school, and a caring learning environment. This part-time role emphasizes organization, relationship-building, and a passion for education.

You'll work 2pm–6pm Monday through Friday, follow licensing guidelines, and collaborate with Hoop Dreams instructors to deliver active, age-appropriate curriculum while ensuring a safe, tidy classroom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Background check and TB skin test prior to start date.
• Willing to transport children from school to facility; transportation record must be current.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Transport children from school to our facility.
• Partner with Hoop Dreams instructors to implement large motor activities such as basketball.
• Complete annual training that provides insight on current child care and development topics.
• Implement organizational curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Keep a clean and well mannered classroom environment.
• Be a willing participant with children in exercise and other physical activities and games.
