Ideal candidates have 21+ years, a high school diploma or higher, and substantial childcare experience or appropriate ECE credentials. This on-site role supports daily activities and curriculum delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 240 hours of experience in a group childcare setting.
• Alternative credentials show foundation in early childhood education or licensing.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety and joy standards and coach staff to ensure compliance.
• Support safety protocols and mitigate risks within the program.
• Communicate effectively with families, partners, and children.
• Maintain accurate student attendance records and check-in/out procedures.
• Execute daily activities and curriculum with a focus on safety and engagement.

Skills

21 years old or older

240 hours childcare experience

Licensee/provider experience in family

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

2 non-credit courses in early childhood education

2 courses for credit in early childhood education

48 credits in ECE

Certificate from WI Registry level 12+

Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education

WI DPI license for Kindergarten/Pre-K/ECE teaching
