Innovation Learning is seeking a friendly and energetic Resilience Coach to support school-based after-school programs in Smithville. This role focuses on mentoring students, delivering enrichment activities, and facilitating academic support within a safe, encouraging setting.

You will help students build life skills, social-emotional growth, and leadership abilities while promoting positive behavior and resilience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Description

Location: School-Based Program Site - Smithville School District, Smithville, MO

Reports To: Head Coach/Site Leadership

Schedule: Part-Time (Before & After School Programs, School Breaks, and Summer Programs)

Monday-Friday: 3:00PM-5:30PM

We are looking for candidates who are available to work all five days of the week for one or both shifts in their entirety. We cannot accommodate partial shifts

Pay: $18-20/hour, Based on experience and region

Position Overview

This is an active, hands-on role that combines mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support. We are looking for positive, energetic team members who enjoy working with school-age children and creating meaningful connections every day.

Key Responsibilities
