Job summary

Innovation-Learnin is seeking a Resilience Coach for the 2026-2027 school year at school-based program sites in the Phoenix area. This part-time role focuses on mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support for students before and after school.

The position requires reliability for the full schedule (Mon-Thu 2:45-5:30 PM; Fri 12:15-5:30 PM) with a positive, energetic approach to youth development. CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.
• Must meet one of: 6 months experience or 12 college credits; Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education; NAC, CDA or CCP Credential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Location: School-Based Program Sites in the Phoenix area:

St. Theresa Catholic School, Phoenix, AZ

Reports To: Head Coach/Site Leadership

Schedule: Part-Time (Before & After School Programs, School Breaks, and Summer Programs)

Monday - Thursday 2:45-5:30 PM and Friday's 12:15 pm - 5:30 pm (Early Release Every Friday)

We are looking for candidates who are available to work the full schedule as listed. We cannot accommodate partial shifts with later start times and earlier end times.

Position Overview
