Job summary

The Archdiocese of Chicago is seeking a School Activity Assistant to help develop and implement after-school and other student learning activities for the 2026-2027 school year.

You will assist with tutoring in reading, writing, and math, supervise students, support a safe learning environment, and help recruit and enroll participants in after-school programs, while traveling locally as needed for grant requirements.

Qualifications

• Assist in planning and implementation of after-school activities.
• Tutor students in reading, writing, math.
• Support environments that are safe, healthy, and conducive to learning.
• Travel locally to fulfill grant requirements.
