• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections.
• Supervise and mentor the site team, providing coaching and feedback and ensuring training requirements are met.
• Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events.
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success.
