Job summary

Bradenton Dream Center is seeking an organized, mission-driven Program Coordinator to lead the After School Program. You will bridge vision and daily execution, ensuring safety, spiritual integrity, and program excellence.

You will oversee daily logistics, support instructors, and foster a Christ-centered environment where students thrive. Education and CPR certification are preferred, with on-site schedule 2:30 PM–6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Schedule availability for on-site after-school hours (2:30 PM – 6:30 PM).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to motivate children and manage behavior problems.
• Background check and fingerprinting clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, manage, and provide daily direction to weekday teams and instructors.
• Communicate with students, parents, and volunteers.
• Ensure curriculum, resources, and supplies are available for instructors and students.
• Provide daily updates to Program Director.
• Utilize Planning Center system across the department.
