Job summary

Brillante Academy in Mission, TX is seeking a part-time El Camino Operations Assistant to support the after-school program. This hands-on role involves supervising students, preparing snacks, and helping with daily operations and family communication.

You will work 2–6pm Monday through Thursday, with additional Friday hours as needed, and collaborate closely with Brillante staff to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for students and families.

Qualifications

• Belief in Seton’s mission and values.
• Committed to supporting the Catholic mission of Brillante Academy.
• Experience working with elementary students.
• Verbal and written fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work 2–6pm Monday through Thursday, with additional Friday hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support student supervision and transitions after school.
• Assist with snacks, dismissal, and safe release to authorized adults.
• Maintain organized spaces, materials, and supplies.
• Support family communication and events, including reminders and schedule changes.
• Assist enrollment, re-enrollment, and recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with Brillante staff and address operational needs.
