Job summary

Brillante Academy in Mission, TX partners with Seton Education Partners to offer an extended-day Catholic after-school program. The El Camino Operations Assistant provides hands-on support for student supervision, snacks, dismissal, and family communication, while helping with enrollment and daily program operations.

The role is 2–6pm Monday through Thursday with additional Friday hours as needed, and a strong commitment to Seton’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience working with elementary students
• Verbal and written fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work schedule of 2-6pm from Monday through Thursday, and additional Friday hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Student Support: Welcome and supervise students after school, assist with transitions, snacks, and dismissal.
• Daily Operations: Prepare snacks, manage attendance and sign-in/out, ensure safe release to authorized adults, organize spaces and supplies.
• Family Communication & Events: Welcome families, share reminders and changes, respond to routine questions, plan Family Faith Nights.
• Enrollment & Recruitment: Support enrollment and re-enrollment, follow up with interested families, assist with outreach and information sharing.
• Team Support: Work with Brillante staff, communicate needs, jump in to help the program run smoothly
