Job summary

Kamaʻāina Kids in Waimea, Hawaiʻi is seeking energetic, dependable people to join as a Group Leader for after-school programs. Part-time shifts 1:45 PM–4:40 PM with early release Wednesdays, no evenings or weekends. You'll lead games, arts, homework support, and help children build confidence and friendships in a safe, engaging environment.

Ideal for students, parents, retirees, or anyone wanting meaningful part-time work. Must be 18+, HS diploma or GED, and able to commute to Waimea.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to commute to a site in Waimea.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate).
• Student Aide opportunities may be available for applicants under 18.

Responsibilities

• Lead recreational activities, games, and enrichment projects.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play.
• Support homework completion and academic success.
