Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to support before/after school programs across local districts within Ohio. The role offers a 27-hour workweek with split shifts (6:30am-8:50am; 3:10pm-6:30pm) and a base location with potential site changes.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on education and experience. The Educator will organize activities, ensure safety, and foster a love of learning while engaging with children, families, and school staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.
• Customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings to review goals and progress.
• Organize and lead daily activities and curriculum.
• Lead by example with safe, nurturing environments and positive guidance.
• Monitor safety, document incidents and observations as required.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
