• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: align with program objectives and lead activities.
• Lead by example: maintain safe, nurturing environment and positive guidance.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment and follow safety protocols.
• Communication: interact with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
