BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and dependable After-School Cheer & Dance Instructors to lead cheerleading and dance enrichment programs for elementary students at Lisbon Elementary School in Woodbine, MD.

Part-time, after-school position with Monday through Friday hours from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. 1.5-hour sessions at $45 per session ($30 per hour). No lesson planning required; curriculum, music, and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with children is a plus
• Cheerleading or dance experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation to Lisbon Elementary School in Woodbine, MD

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging cheer and dance classes for elementary students
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities
• Teach age-appropriate cheer motions and basic dance techniques
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership
