Montessori School of Rome is seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Part-Time Late Stay/After School Care Assistant to support our Toddler and Primary students during the afternoon extended care program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a warm, engaging, and nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore and play. Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 2:30p.m.–5:30p.m. (hours may vary based on school needs).

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and engage Toddler and Primary students (ages 18 months to 6 years) in a safe, respectful, and nurturing after-school environment.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, including outdoor play, arts and crafts, games, stories, and quiet activities.
