Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, handle check-in and appointments.
• Accurately book, change and cancel aesthetic appointments.
• Promote treatments, services and retail offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and HIPAA privacy standards.
• Support coverage across Huntington, Smithtown, Islip and Massapequa clinics.
