Job summary

St. Therese Catholic Academy in Seattle seeks an Advancement Director for the 26-27 school year, part-time (20 hours per week) with potential for full time later.

The role focuses on fundraising, admissions, communications, marketing, and database management to support our school. Reporting to the principal, you will lead major fundraising events, manage the admissions process, oversee external communications, maintain the donor database, and collaborate with volunteers and parish partners to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least two years in fundraising or school development.
• Experience managing volunteers and collaborating with school leadership.
• Excellent oral and written communication to inspire donors.
• Excellent organizational and editing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and design/communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the principal and leadership on mission implementation.
• Lead and execute major fundraising events: Annual Fund, Jog-a-Thon, Auction.
• Manage admissions communications, calendar, tours, and open houses.
• Oversee communications/marketing and social media presence.
• Maintain donor database accuracy (Little Green Light) and reporting.
• Coordinate donor recognition and monthly donor roll.
