Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of related work experience.
• Experience in student services or education is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews and gather educational, employment, and personal background information.
• Explain program services, eligibility, schedules, and available resources.
• Assist with enrollment applications and required documentation.
• Verify eligibility and collect supporting documents.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and partners.
