Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience in teaching, training, counseling, or testing required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the program materials.

Responsibilities

• Instruct adult education classes and orient students.
• Develop a plan of study with students based on skills, interests and goals.
• Provide quality instruction to foster learning.
• Coordinate and deliver ongoing professional development for staff.
• Evaluate programs using the data base and propose changes.
• Collaborate with Directors, Coordinators, and Advisory committees to build partnerships.
