Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Adult Education Program resources including budgeting and annual grant applications.
• Supervise program staff and coordinate HR processes.
• Develop curriculum and coordinate inservice training.
• Recruit and retain program participants and staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws and organizational policies.
