Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Experience in teaching, training, counseling, or testing.
• Ability to develop plans of study with students and goals.

Responsibilities

• Instruct adult education classes and develop a plan of study with students.
• Provide quality instruction to optimize learning.
• Coordinate and deliver ongoing professional development for staff.
• Evaluate programs using the adult education database and suggest changes.
• Recruit and retain students; provide transition services.
• Maintain records and communicate with the program director.
