  • Sort and distribute mail, prepare daily mail slips for outgoing mail, receive and send packages.
  • Provide assistance to administrative team members in the preparation, processing, and submission of financial forms (e.g., travel reimbursements, purchasing card reconciliations, etc.).

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Edna Bennett Pierce Prevention Research Center (PRC) in the College of Health and Human Development seeks to hire a part-time work study for the 26-27 academic year to assist with administrative duties. Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as receptionist as needed for the PRC main office; greet visitors and provide information, answer main phone line, provide assistance or redirect as appropriate.
