Maryland Tech Council is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide hands-on support to the CEO in Rockville, MD. This on-site, part-time role (approximately 20–25 hours per week) focuses on calendar management, travel planning, correspondence, and file organization to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include meeting coordination, expense handling, and acting as the front-office contact with discretion and professionalism.

This is an onsite role based in our office at 9808 Medical Center Drive, Ste. 450, Rockville, Maryland. The Administrative Assistant primarily provides support for Maryland Tech Council's CEO. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role that blends administrative support, Database maintenance, and event assistance, as well as other duties as assigned. The position requires on-site presence and a high degree of reliability, organization, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to anticipate needs, exercise initiative, and move forward independently without waiting to be directed.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Approximately 20–25 hours per week. Typically 10am to 2pm Monday–Friday. Occasional evening availability required for events.

Prior experience supporting a CEO or executive directly.
