The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide vital secretarial and clerical support for the Corps Officer and team. You will handle phones, scheduling, correspondence, reports, and file maintenance in a church nonprofit setting.
The role requires a high school diploma, strong MS Office skills, data entry ability, and discretion in handling confidential information. Some cash handling and event support duties are also included.

As the Administrative Assistant you will perform a variety of secretarial duties, administrative tasks, statistical reporting, coordinate volunteers, property use and upkeep ensuring that the Mission of The Salvation Army is effectively carried out.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Position requires a background check to be completed, and all background check results will be reviewed.
Must have a valid driver's license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver's qualification standard; must complete Safe From Harm training within the first 30 days of employment.
