Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality or related field.
• Candidates with at least two years of related work experience or evidence of specialized training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses: Fundamentals of Hospitality Leadership, Hospitality Management Strategy, Hospitality Business Training and Development, Managing Guest Experience.
• Plan and deliver in-class instruction with approved curriculum.
• Teach up to 27.5 hours per week.
• Prepare lesson plans for each class session.
• Deliver lectures and facilitate project-based learning (PBL).
• Assist students in learning and evaluate progress using various assessments.
• Maintain records to report SAP to Academic Dean/Program Manager.
• Attend quarterly instructor in-service meetings and engage in professional development.
• Lead field outings for student enrichment and contribute to program improvement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality or related field

Two years of related work experience or specialized training
