Qualifications

• Earned master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction or other field appropriate to subject area being taught is required to teach undergraduate courses.
• Earned doctoral degree in Curriculum & Instruction or other field appropriate to subject area being taught is required to teach graduate level courses.

Responsibilities

• Teach one or more sections of courses in areas such as Curriculum Development, Instructional Strategies, English Education, Foreign Language Education, Literacy/Reading Education, Mathematics Education, Science Education, Social Studies Education, Teaching English as a Second Language, and Gifted Education.
• 100% instructional duties: teaching in a specific field, developing course materials, managing syllabi, creating lectures and assignments, grading student work, advising students and holding office hours.
• Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to department, school/college and university policies.
