The role requires delivering lectures, preparing lesson plans, and guiding students through project-based learning within a business context. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, Public Relations, or English, with demonstrated teaching ability or related work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies, Public Relations, English, or related field.
  • Candidates with a different degree may be considered if they have at least two years of related work experience or relevant training.

Responsibilities

  • Teach up to 27.5 hours per week.
  • Prepare lesson plans for each class session.
  • Deliver lectures and facilitate Project-Based Learning (PBL) on business topics.
  • Assist students in the learning process.
  • Evaluate and monitor student progress through assessments.
  • Keep records to report SAP to the Academic Dean/Program Manager.
  • Attend quarterly campus-wide instructor in-service meetings.
  • Pursue professional development activities outside of CSI.
  • Organize and lead field outings for student enrichment.
  • Contribute to program improvement through committee involvement.
  • Provide academic advising to support student growth and retention.
