Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies, Public Relations, English, or a related field required.
• Candidates with at least two years of related work experience or evidence of specialized training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 27.5 hours per week.
• Prepare lesson plans for each class session.
• Deliver lectures and facilitate Project-Based Learning (PBL) on business-related topics.
• Assist students in the learning process.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress using various assessment tools.
• Keep records to report SAP to the Academic Dean/Program Manager.
• Attend and participate in quarterly campus-wide instructor in-service meetings.
• Stay informed with teaching advancements through professional development.
• Organize and lead field outings for student enrichment per module.
• Contribute to program improvement via committee involvement.
• Provide academic advising to support student growth and retention.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies, Public Relations, English, or a related field

Two years of related work experience or evidence of specialized training related to the field and industry
