Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies, Public Relations, English, or related field required.
• If the degree is not in the specified fields, at least two years of related work experience or evidence of specialized training may be considered.
• Experience in teaching or ability to teach business-related topics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 27.5 hours per week.
• Prepare lesson plans for each class session.
• Deliver lectures and facilitate Project-Based Learning (PBL) on business-related topics.
• Assist students in the learning process.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress using various assessment tools.
• Maintain records for SAP reporting to the Academic Dean/Program Manager.
• Attend quarterly instructor in-service meetings.
• Engage in professional development to stay current.
• Organize and lead field outings for student enrichment.
• Contribute to program improvement via committee involvement.
• Provide academic advising to support student growth and retention.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies, Public Relations, English, or related field
