Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare, business or related field required or 60 college credits.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare, business or related field.
• 2 years acute care/hospital staffing or related healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and adjusts shift-to-shift staffing plans for Acute Care Services.
• Uses forecasting tools to analyze capacity and demand for staffing.
• Monitors call-ins and reallocates staff to departments via floating across the system.
• Updates and publishes the Facilitated Staffing Guide (FAC Board).
• Meets with Department Managers weekly to review schedules and optimize staffing.
• Tracks and reports scheduling data for management and ad hoc projects.
• Serves as primary staffing communication contact across the system.
• Maintains real-time time and attendance accuracy for staffing decisions.
• Collaborates with leadership to improve workforce productivity.
• Provides staffing inquiries resolution and onboarding support.
