Vista Senior Living Management in Oshkosh, WI, is seeking a Part-Time Activity Aide to support residents with engaging daily programs. This role runs 24–30 hours per week, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional nights for events.

Ideal candidates have healthcare experience; Activity Aide/Assistant experience is a plus. You will document participation and help plan activities to promote joy, independence, and wellness for residents.

Responsabilités

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing activities to meet the physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and emotional needs of residents
• Create environments where moments of joy, independence, and wellness are the focus each day
• Help design programs to encourage socialization
• Provide entertainment, relaxation, and fulfillment and improve daily living skills
• Prepare and maintain reports on resident’s progress
• Ensure activity areas are safe and well maintained
• Generate enthusiasm to encourage and motivate participation
