Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional care and service to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support and assistance to residents with daily activities (dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Participate in mealtime activities and engage residents in conversation.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintenance duties as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and data related to resident activity participation and engagement.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
