Job summary

Signature HealthCARE Monteagle Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking an Activities Department team member. The role focuses on supporting residents’ social, emotional, and therapeutic needs through engaging activities both inside and outside the facility.

You will help create and maintain a calendar of events, provide in-room activities for residents who cannot attend, and ensure schedules and documentation meet state standards. A CNA is a plus, experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in activities or healthcare settings preferred.
• CNA preferred but not required.
• Ability to engage residents with cognitive or physical needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in activities to meet residents' social, emotional, and therapeutic needs.
• Promote activities inside and outside the facility.
• Provide in-room activities for residents unable to attend events.
• Help create and maintain an ongoing activities calendar.
• Ensure activity schedules and documentation meet state standards.
• Encourage community involvement in planning events.
