Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Activities Director in creating a monthly activity calendar written in large print and posted visibly.
• Ensure monthly calendar is in residents' rooms.
• Interview residents or families to obtain activity preferences.
• Coordinate transportation to activity locations within the facility.
• Assist with conducting activities to promote physical, social, and mental well‑being of residents.
• Document attendance and chart progress notes with resident responses.
