Job summary

The Atlee Station Family YMCA is seeking a positive role model to support our Active Older Adults program. This part-time Facilitator position pays $17-$19 per hour, with opportunities to develop engaging activities at the branch and offsite.

You will deliver activities, collaborate with community partners, and promote programs to members, including registration. You will track attendance and gather member feedback to guide future activities. CPR and First Aid certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Two years relevant work experience (preferably with older adults and youth and family).
• Candidates who are responsible and enthusiastic are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver active adult social activities.
• Work with community partners to deliver quality programs.
• Promote active adult social activities to members including registration.
• Track and submit attendance.
• Obtain insight from members and make recommendations for future activities.
